Can I place an order during the lockdown?
Yes, you can place your order during the lockdown we will do the needful for deliveries. As per the latest government guidelines, we have started accepting orders for all products across the country.
Once ordered when will I receive my delivery?
Usually we do deliveries within 3 working days but due to the lockdown, restrictions in movement and working with reduced manpower, deliveries might be delayed. Customer safety is of utmost importance to us that's why our delivery agents take proper COVID-19 outbreak.
Deliveries in Red Zone area?
We have already applied for Special WAP for Red Zone, as soon we will get approval we will start deliveries in Red Zone also.
Is it safe to receive orders?
Shopping online is a safer option because we take all the necessary measures. Our deliveries are contactless and cashless. Our drivers and helpers limit any contact with customers during deliveries. For guidance on COVID-19, please refer to the World Health Organization
